Responsibility

Refunds and returns are the primary responsibility of the Seller/Vendor/Shop Owner (“Vendor”). Vendors are required to have their own refund and returns policies in place, which must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Customer Rights

Customers have the right to:

request a refund or return within the timeframe specified by the Vendor
receive a refund or replacement item (if available) in accordance with the Vendor’s policy
be informed of the refund or returns process by the Vendor

Vendor Obligations

Vendors must:

have a clear refund and returns policy displayed on their store page
provide Customers with information on refund and returns procedures
process refunds and returns in a timely and fair manner
resolve disputes with Customers in a professional and courteous manner
maintain accurate records of transactions, refunds, and returns

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact the Vendor directly through the Platform.
  2. Provide reason for refund request.
  3. Vendor will review and process refund within [timeframe specified by Vendor].

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact the Vendor directly through the Platform.
  2. Provide reason for return request.
  3. Vendor will provide return shipping instructions and process return within [timeframe specified by Vendor).

Refund Methods

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage Customers and Vendors to resolve issues amicably. If Beats Fiji is involved in the resolution process:

we will collect evidence from communications on the Platform
we will review information collected on the Platform, including transaction records and Vendor policies
our decision will be based on the evidence collected and applicable policies
our decision will be final and binding

Evidence Collection

In the event of a dispute, Beats Fiji may collect evidence, including:

communications between Customer and Vendor on the Platform
transaction records
Vendor policies and terms
any other relevant information collected on the Platform

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
